Black Lives Matter Cleveland Co-Founders; Libraries Reopen; Dan T. Moore

The local leaders of the Black Lives Matter discuss the group's effort to compel greater accountability from police. A ten-point proposal includes yearly psychiatric evaluations for officers, a tracking system of police misconduct and cutting police department funding in favor of social services that might help prevent crime.  Then, the Cleveland Public Library and Cuyahoga County Library systems reopen after being closed in mid-March due to the pandemic.  And we introduce you to the business leaders profiled in Crain's 8 over 80.
