Researchers Study Penguins... By Putting Them on a Treadmill!

Penguins on a treadmill -- well, that's something I never thought I would see. But it is an actual scientific study, measuring -- and this is serious -- how fat penguins waddle.

Scientists noticed that heavier penguins were falling down more frequently and they wanted to figure out why. To do that, a team of researchers traveled to the Antarctic region to study king penguins, the second largest species of penguin.
