Petting Zoo: Getaway goat gone for days

Goats are great gobblers of greens. They can clean up overgrown yards and, as in this story, nibble down invasive plants. Goats are ruminants, which means they have multiple stomachs to digest their food in a special way.

They are also quick learners and very sociable, according to the Smithsonian National Zoo. Goats can even learn their name and to come when called — though it seems Steve had other plans!
