Flint Water Crisis: Effects of Lead Poisoning

As Sebring works to restore water, the city of Flint, Michigan faces a similar battle -- but at a much larger scale. The EPA's top Midwest official is resigning now, over charges that she did not do enough to prevent the poisoned drinking water crisis from happening.

She also admits that her department knew back in April that the city's residents were at risk for lead poisoning...but no one alerted the public.

Medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta has more.
