Earthquake Strikes Taiwan

Rescue efforts are underway in Taiwan, days after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit Tainan City.

As of Tuesday morning, more than three dozen deaths were reported, with many people still missing. A seventeen story high rise building is at the center of the rescue efforts. Authorities are investigating why the building collapsed, after images emerged of cans built into the walls.

One structural engineer said Taiwan's buildings are not as quake proof as Japans.

Emergency crews continue to search through rubble from Saturday's quake. Four people were rescued earlier this week.
