Metropolitan police announced a ban on the two-wheeled, self-balancing scooters this Sunday. Here’s the problem - since hoverboards have wheels, they are considered vehicles, and not allowed on sidewalks. But its dangerous to be on the roads with them, because they're slower and smaller than cars.
The reaction so far, has been one of outrage and many people have begun posting videos of themselves violating the ban.
