JACOB’S ALL-KID SCIENCE COMMITTEE INCLUDES 11 YOUNG SCIENTISTS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY – INCLUDING ONE FROM RIGHT HERE IN CLEVELAND. 17-YEAR-OLD PENG ZHOU, IS A STUDENT AT THE DESIGN LAB EARLY COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL, AND HE GETS THIS WEEK’S A PLUS!
 
PENG WAS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM THIS YEAR FOR THE FIRST ROBOTICS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, A COMPETITION THAT INCLUDED 20,000 STUDENTS FROM 42 COUNTRIES. THE TEAM WORKED WITH PROFESSIONAL MENTORS OVER SIX WEEKS TO DESIGN AND BUILD A REMOTECONTROLLED ROBOT THAT SHOOTS HOOPS BETTER THAN LEBRON JAMES!
