In the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood on Cleveland's West Side, construction continues on a new home for the LGBTQ Community Center of Greater Cleveland. Its completion will inaugurate an era of permanency for the center, which over the past 44 years, has moved all over Cleveland.

Will this hub finally give Cleveland the 'gayborhood' it lacks? And does the city need one?
