Revitalizing downtown and surrounding neighborhoods is something that Cleveland has had success with over the years.

Downtown living is at an all time high, while areas like Detroit-Shoreway, Tremont, and University Circle are becoming residential hot spots.

The president of University Circle Inc, Chris Ronayne joined Rick to discuss expected growth in the city.

Ronayne previously served as the City of Cleveland's planning director under Mayor Jane Campbell.
