Shaker Square Improvements; NuCLEus ; Arts Cleveland

A Cleveland landmark, dating back nearly a century surrounded by neighbhoods  is in need of revitalization. 
Two nonprofits are spearheading the efforts to improve Shaker Square. The Plain Dealer reporter Steve Litt explains what will happen during the planning process. 

The NuCLEus project would bring new apartments, entertainment and retail to downtown but developers must move forward without a special tax break.  

Community Partnership for Arts and Culture is now has a new name; Arts Cleveland and a new strategic plan.
