Rikers Documentary; Fighting Opioids in Lucas County; Medicaid Cuts

We preview a new Bill Moyers documentary on the infamous Riker's Island jail and hear from a former inmate about his experiences there. ideastream health reporter Lecia Bushak explores a program in Lucas County where the Sheriff's Department works to redirect addicts to treatment rather than jail. John Corlett of the Center for Community Solutions discusses the White House's proposed budget which makes big cuts in Medicaid, food assistance and other anti-poverty programs.
