Marcy Kaptur- her thoughts on Trump, trade, manufacturing jobs, ACA and the Republican Ideas

Marcy Kaptur is the U.S Representative for Ohio's 9th District - a seat she's held since 1983. One of the state's more oddly configured districts, it now stretches from her home in Toledo, across five counties, to Cleveland's west side.

Kaptur talked about her sixth term in office, her thoughts on Donald Trump's statements about trade, and the loss of manufacturing jobs, and the need to rebuild America's infrastructure along with the bill she introduced in legislation to restore the depression era Glass-Steagall act's wall of separation between commercial and investment banking.
