Although Jesse Owens was born in Alabama, Cleveland claims him as a hometown hero. Owens won four gold medals at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, and his story is now being told on the silver screen. The movie "Race" opens this weekend nationwide. And long before the Berlin Olympics, Owens ruled the track at East Tech High School. Over the last few weeks, Cleveland schools have been celebrating the runner. Associate Producer Gabriel Kramer takes us to The School of the Arts where the actor who plays Owens visited students, and he found that Owens' achievements are still inspiring students today.
