Cuyahoga County's cigarette tax provides funding for the arts, with a small percentage of that money going to individual creative artists. But that plan was scrapped -- and what's been created now are lots of questions.

Up to one third of Ohio's high school juniors are in danger of not graduating because of new state requirements. So what does the state Board of Education plan to do about it?

And, if there's still some holiday shopping in your future, why not keep some of those dollars in Northeast Ohio? We've got some sweet suggestions for shopping locally.
