9th Annual Chagrin Documentary Film Festival
The 9th annual Chagrin Documentary Film Festival gets underway October 3-7, 2018. This year to celebrate its decade-long existence there will be 89 films from 31 different countries.
Festival Founder and Director Mary Ann Ponce stopped by The Idea Center to talk about this year's event.
She was joined by Plain Dealer Reporter Rachel Dissell. She is featured in the documentary Roll Red Roll. The film examines the notorious 2012 rape of a 16-year-old high school student by football players from Steubenville High School. Rachel covered the investigation and subsequent trial that ended with two young men found guilty of rape in juvenile court.
