Will College Pay Off?
Today college is seen as crucial for career success and prosperity. And yet only 40 percent of full-time students earn a degree within four years, and 30 million—and perhaps as many as 35 million—do not finish their studies at all. Those that do graduate often do so with crippling debt. The average student in the class of 2015 is graduating with $35,000 in debt, making it the most indebted cohort on record. It begs the question- is attending college worth the cost?
