The Events That Shaped Ohio's New Governor, Mike DeWine

Journalists have been following Mike DeWine for as long as he has held office. Perhaps no one has a longer history and a better perspective on Governor DeWine's political journey than longtime reporter Mary Anne Sharkey. She began covering DeWine in the 1970s, as a rookie reporter for The Journal Herald. We spent an afternoon at Sharkey's home to look forward -- and look back at DeWine's long career in public office.
