Leaders at Avon Hospital opened a food pantry to connect patients with healthy foods and ongoing support from a food bank in hopes of resolving hospital readmissions for patients experiencing food insecurity.

For students grades 5 through 12, the Effective Leadership Academy provides coaching on leadership and communication by partnering with Northeast Ohio companies.
