The Supreme Court hears arguments over a ruling that bans a former client of lawyer Johnnie Cochran from speaking about Cochran. Attorneys for Ulysses Tory say the lower court restraint on his speech, enacted by a lower court, violates the First Amendment. The earlier ruling barred Tory from ever speaking about Cochran in public because Tory conducted a campaign of defamation against the lawyer. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
