The address confidentiality program would allow domestic violence victims to vote without publicly disclosing where they live. Democratic State Sen. Nina Turner of Cleveland, who's running for secretary of state, says victims are afraid of being tracked down by their attackers.
"No one should have to live in that type of fear. And it really is incumbent upon those of us who serve in public service to do everything that we can to help."
