A consulting firm used in Cuyahoga County's delay-plagued project to upgrade its computer systems has repaid the county more than $123,000 in fees. The settlement between county prosecutors and Plante Moran comes during a corruption investigation into IT contracts. As part of the settlement with county prosecutors, Cleveland.com reports Plante Moran denies any liability or wrongdoing.
CORRECTION: An earlier version of this story that aired in newscasts during "Morning Edition" inaccurately reported the fee reimbursement as being more than $123 million.
