Gun legislation is in the works after decades of little progress

Thousands of people marched on Washington D.C. this weekend to speak out against gun violence. And Congress might be listening this time.

A bipartisan group of senators said they’d reached a deal on new gun safety measures after the House approved new gun legislation along party lines last week. 

After years of stalled talks, will Congress come together on guns?
