After months of back and forth, President JoeBiden’s infrastructure bill was passed by the House of Representatives late on Friday.  

There were a half-dozen Democratic defectors, but a surprise push from a handful of Republicans put the package over the finish line

So what happens to Biden’s other plan, the social policy framework? And after last Tuesday, what might all this mean for the midterms?
