Ten years ago, Kinan Alrifai left her family behind in Syria, moved to the U.S. and got a job teaching. Her husband and children eventually joined her years later.
A decade later, Alrifai reflects on fleeing from the Syrian civil war and rebuilding her life in a new country. WPLN’s Alexis Marshall reports.
