U.N. Report: Family Planning Essential for Poor Nations

A U.N. report says developing countries can boost economic standards by heavily investing in family planning. But international groups say the Bush administration, under pressure from opponents of abortion rights, is taking steps that will cripple programs providing reproductive health care to women in poor nations.
