One of the parts of the new health care law that's already taken effect is the ability of children to remain on their parents' health insurance until they turn 26. It turns out there has been no rush among young adults to join mom and dad's plan. Plain Dealer health reporter Sarah Jane Tribble has been looking into why this might be.
