Groups that advocate on behalf of people with mental illnesses are watching the budget process unfold in Columbus with growing trepidation. At a time when demand for mental health services is on the rise, the mental health system in Ohio has been taking cuts. That's one of the concerns highlighted in a new report by the Cleveland-based Mental Health Advocacy Coalition and The Center for Community Solutions. The Coalition's Executive Director, Joan Englund, spoke with ideastream's Eric Wellman.
