Predicting who is going to have a heart attack or stroke is an inexact science. There are things that increase your risk like high blood pressure and cholesterol, but those may not be the best indicators. The Plain Dealer reports this morningon an enzyme called myeloperoxidase, MPO for short, that research shows may be a better indictor of who's most at risk.
