Ohio Tea Party groups are headed to the state supreme court....in their drive to shield Ohio from mandates in the recently-passed national health care reform package. The Ohio Ballot Board has split the tea party movement's proposed ballot issue into TWO....and the activists want the court to order them put back into ONE. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the activists fear that being forced to push TWO proposals could actually mean FAILURE for their campaign.
