About a month ago Dennis Manoloff set out to lose some serious weight over a period of six months and he's doing it the old fashioned way -- not with pills or fad diets, but by eating better and exercising more. Dennis Manaloff covers sports for the Plain Dealer. He hired a trainer, started going to the gym and he's made improvements to his diet. He's found is that even modest lifestyle improvements can lead to big changes in health. Manoloff writes about his six month fitness challenge in today's newspaper and he sat down to talk about it with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
