Elizabeth Miller - Ohio AP Best Reporter (Radio)

Elizabeth Miller is 90.3 WCPN ideastream's environment reporter.

In 2018 she traveled to Canada to speak with the indigenous people of the Six Nations about the daily problem of contaminated water. In a separate water story, her reporting revealed that only a small fraction of the billions of dollars meant to address toxic algae in Lake Erie was spent on non-point source pollution, including agricultural runoff.

On a lighter note, Elizabeth migrated to northwest Ohio along with thousands of birds for the Biggest Week in American Birding, a festival that attracts birders all over the country. Her unnarrated feature also ran on NPR's Weekend Edition Saturday.
