The group discussed gloomy predictions that state government is facing a 7 billion dollar money shortfall over the next two years. After the meeting broke up, the head of a group representing university presidents, Bruce Johnson, talked with statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen. He hints the current tuition freeze will probably end next year, with college students paying yearly tuition hikes of around 4 per cent.
