Should Pit Bulls Be Banned?

The State of Ohio labeled pit bulls as "vicious animals" until 2012, and 90 cities in Ohio still ban or restrict these dogs, according to dogsbite.org, a non-profit advocacy group. One such city is Lakewood -- which has an outright ban. Lakewood resident Jennifer Scott is fighting the ban to keep her dog Charlie.
