The Cleveland Institute of Music recently announced the creation of a fellowship to elevate Black and Latinx educators within the music academy. The inaugural cycle of the fellowship is supported by the Sphinx Venture Fund of the Sphinx Organization, which is dedicated to transforming lives through diversity in the arts. Describing the program and its development to WCLV's Jacqueline Gerber are Afa Dworkin, President and Artistic Director of the Sphinx Organization, followed by Paul Hogle, President and CEO of the Cleveland Institute of Music.
