Playhouse Square
" Stono" is the new virtual dance performance from Step Afrika! about a little-known slave uprising in South Carolina in 1739. The online performance, presented by Playhouse Square for Black History Month, is available Feb. 1-14.
Cleveland Museum of Art
CMA continues its monthly Virtual MIX event Friday, Feb. 5, from 8-9 p.m. The Februrary edition, " Move," features a virtual dance tour through the galleries by performance artist Marcia Custer and green-screen art by Ben Oblivion.
Akron School for the Arts
A virtual talent show from students of the Akron School for the Arts streams online this weekend. " Falcon-Palooza: The Firestone Talent Show" features high-school students from Firestone Theatre including singers, actors, dancers and other musical acts.
Massillon Museum
It's a special Valentine's Day edition of the Massillon Museum's monthly " Do the Mu!" with a hands-on creative virtual activity Saturday, Feb. 6, at 12 p.m. Artist Michele Waalkes leads viewers in the all-ages, at-home workshop to create iris, paper-folded hearts to give to your valentine.

Zygote Press celebrates the Latinx/American identity with the new virtual exhibit, " Pocho," through Saturday, Feb. 12. The word "pocho" is a recently-reclaimed derogatory term for Anglicized Mexican-Americans who speak Spanish with an American accent.
