WCLV listeners voted overwhelmingly for the story of Norman the Ohio donkey, whose spinal condition affected his walking, and who received a custom-made wheelchair. He is walking more and has lost over 30 lbs. Placing second was the sandhill crane dubbed "Frasier," who was released back into the wild after medical treatment and rehabilitation following a summer encounter with a flying golf ball.
