WCLV listeners voted for the story of the Chinese man who, after the death of his dog, started taking in so many strays that financial difficulties have resulted. In second place was Larry the 10 Downing Street cat, who took a rest under the Presidential limousine, delaying the President's departure during the recent visit to Prime Minister Teresa May.
