The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook warning for the following regions: Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis, Northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany and Southern Erie.The NWS says there could be a risk of severe thunderstorms and damaging winds Sunday afternoon and evening. The hazardous outlook is for Friday and through the weekend.Some of these areas are still recovering from the heavy rains over the spring.
