Governor Kasich Casts Vote For Himself

Gov. John Kasich was back home in Westerville to cast his ballot in person in the Republican presidential primary – for himself.

“I learned that you need to vote for yourself because if you don’t, you could lose. I mean, it felt very nice," Kasich said.  "It’s a long road for me. I am very, very humbled by the campaign and the experience and the attention. You know, attention and success can be very dangerous if it’s not handled the right way.”

He later told reporters that if they ever see him – as he put it – “getting out of control” – he wants them to remind him of this moment, because he says he just wants to be “a good guy.”
