'Young Invincibles' Want More Budget Focus On College Students

Kasich's budget plan includes a cap and freeze on tuition increases. But the group "Young Invincibles" believes that will only shift more of the burden onto the students in the long run.

Kevin McNair II says student debt forced him to drop out of school because he couldn't keep juggling classes and then working to pay the bills.

"It seems to me that the American dream is becoming farther and farther out of grasp. My parents worked hard their whole lives for me to be able to go to school and for me to have a quality education and opportunities," said McNair.

House Democrats joined the Young Invincibles by calling on the state to increase funding for need-based scholarships.
