Gov. Kasich Returns To Ohio After Stops In South Carolina, West Virginia

Kasich's balanced budget amendment tour took him to the key presidential primary state of South Carolina, where he sat down with CNN's Gloria Borger. Kasich's possible presidential ambitions kept coming up as he talked up Medicaid expansion, about the need for ground troops to fight ISIS, and that President Obama should meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when he speaks to Congress
.
"I'm not president again, and I'm not sure I will ever be president, because I haven't decided whether I'm even going to try for that yet."

But it's doubtful that Kasich will give any hints about a future campaign in his State of the State speech this week.
