On March 13, Margaret Brouwer's chamber ensemble, Blue Streak, will be performing at NightTown in Cleveland Hts.
Blue Streak will be performing "Shattered Glass" by Brouwer, which is also the title composition of her forthcoming CD on Naxos (release date: May). Another feature of the evening is the preview of her new piece, "Inner Voices", in advance of the work's world premiere in New York City the following month. Also on the program, works by Bach, Debussy, Desmond and more, all in arrangements specially crafted by Ms. Brouwer for the ensemble.
