For the first time, WCLV 104.9 will broadcast Cleveland Orchestra concerts live on three consecutive nights. Tune in when Franz Welser-Möst introduces and conducts a Fall Festival, a unique series of concerts pairing symphonies by Beethoven and Shostakovich. On Thursday at 6:30 PM, WCLV will broadcast live the pre-concert talk on Shostakovich and Beethoven by Music Director Franz Welser-Moest from Reinberger Chamber Hall. At 7:00 PM on Thursday, and 7:30 on Friday and Saturday, WCLV will present a pre-game show live from the Smith Lobby at Severance. Bill O'Connell will host and chat with guests about the evening's program. You're invited to stop by, say hello and pick up some WCLV souvenirs. Note that the Thursday Cleveland Orchestra concerts now start at 7:30 PM.
