Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says a grand jury has been selected to investigate whether other laws were broken.
DEWINE: "Grand jury has been selected. Our prosecutors who were over there were handling it this morning. And we will have now -- we're going to continue to evaluate evidence. I would anticipate this grand jury will be back in session in approximately two weeks. Once the grand jury goes back into session, I would look for many witnesses to be called, and we will plow right ahead with the case or cases."
Questions have been raised during the investigation that suggest there might be more wrongdoing in the case itself or the handling of it. DeWine says he wants to get to the bottom of it and know that justice has been served.
