Governor John Kasich speaks at today's commemoration of the September 11th attacks at the Ohio Statehouse
Governor John Kasich speaks at today's commemoration of the September 11th attacks at the Ohio Statehouse

This weekend, communities throughout Ohio are remembering the tragedy that took place ten years ago this Sunday. On September 11th, 2001, terrorists flew passenger jets into the World Trade Towers in New York City, the Pentagon, and a field in Shanksville Pennsylvania. The Ohio Statehouse remembered those lost as a result of those tragedies with a ceremony that featured Ohio Governor John Kasich, retired New York City Firefighter Lieutenant Tony Mussorfiti, and others who assisted in relief efforts at that time. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles has this sound portrait of the Statehouse ceremony.
