A new legislative proposal to change Ohio’s collective bargaining law has labor unions and government workers in an uproar. They worry they will have reduced power at the bargaining table, or no bargaining table at all. Meanwhile, it’s now clear that those on the other side who back change don’t necessarily agree on all the details in this bill.
