So begins Terry Pluto's newest book, "Things I've Learned From Watching the Browns." Pluto is a sports columnist for the Plain Dealer who explores why the Browns -- despite having won just one playoff game in the past 20 years, despite being consistently one of the NFL's worst teams, maintain a deeply enthusiastic fan base.
