While construction on Ohio's new gambling casinos continues in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo, Republicans who control the Ohio Senate are planning to basically fire Democratic governor Ted Strickland's appointees to a commission that will oversee the casinos. That scenario would end with incoming governor, Republican John Kasich, picking his own choices. Does it make any difference who appoints the casino watchdogs ? That's the question that statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen poses in this report.
