For almost a year now, Ohioans have been hearing talk about a projected 4 to 8 billion dollar hole in the upcoming 2 year state budget. That has sparked dozens of special interest groups, causes, and local government leaders to worry that they may see big cuts in state money. Today, some movers and shakers on the budget front held a panel discussion on it--but, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, they were not willing to give a more precise estimate of the shortfall--and that leaves those on the sidelines in limbo.
