Federal prosecutors and defense lawyers asked that they be given more time to prepare for the trial, seeing as an estimated 100,000 documents and 1,000 hours must be reviewed.
The trial is expected to take at least 40 days, and may include new charges and defendants. U.S. District Judge Kate O’Malley set this date for Dimora and his five co-defendents: Bridget McCafferty, Robert Rybak, Jerry Skuhrovec, Michael Gabor and William Neiheiser.
